The purpose of this study was to determine success factors of CBOs in the informal settlements of Nairobi. The study focused on those CBOs in Nairobi informal settlements that engage in good governance activities.

My area of interest is in research and project management. I have 8 years experience in managing rigorous researches using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. I have managed baseline surveys, evaluation surveys, impact assessment and customer surveys in countries in the East Africa region.
