We all know tales that are meaningful to us and that we like to tell again and again. This book lays out the theoretical baselines of the systemic-phenomenological psychotherapy as well as the methods of how to work with tales. By giving examples of real cases, it explains the systemic meaning of certain tales and how stories can be a key to self-knowledge and help us to solve psychological conflicts.
