Jamal Raiyn PhD.Studied Mathematics & Computer Science at Leibniz University of Hannover in Germany. For two Years he was PostDoc. at Technion in Israel. Since 2011 he is the Head of Computer Science Department at Al Qasemi Academic College in Israel.
