PRINT ADS: magazine print ads for the book including Success, Men¿s Health, Outside, and various women¿s magazines. The ads will offer a FREE book (they pay shipping and handling) in exchange for opting into our marketing funnel. PR: attending the National Publicity Summit (put on by Steve Harrison) in NYC April 22nd. Pitching the book to daytime television shows, news shows, radio shows, and major magazine columnists. Radio show interviews. Planning a storm of radio show interviews the week that the book will be released and then continue sporadically throughout the year. Plans to JV with large corporations and non-profits for mass distribution of the books. Strategically build up anticipation for the book launch and then implement a sustainable advertising program based on the media that has proven successful. It will be critical to time the book launch with some of these marketing and PR strategies.
