Vegging Out was written by Jasmine Cassells, aka @justveggingjaz, a Certified Plant Based Nutritionist originally from Australia but now based in London. Passionate about sharing her love for the plant-based way of life, Jasmine teaches her followers new and well-worn recipes to help them 'live life on the veg'. Jaz believes that everyone has the potential to transition into a way of life that helps their body nourish and grow. She wants to help people learn how to live sustainably, but also happily and healthily, and her first book is all about that journey.
