I would like to share with the rest of the world some of the things that I have experienced in regards to my son's military career, teaching, students, marriages, and personal walks as a man of God. After the world takes the time to embrace the experiences that I have, It will give them an opportunity to rethink some of their actions, embrace their relationships with their significant others, family members, and people in general. Jasper (Mr. Horse) Manning was born in Dallas, Texas to Alice Faye Manning and Yuteen Manning on Sept. 27, 1959. He attended South Oak Cliff High School. He served in the United States Military as a Systems Analyst. He also served as a Training Technician in Texas Air National Guard. He graduated from Community College of the Air Force with a degree in Business Administration and graduated B.S.O.E in Business Management in Wayland Baptist University. He completed Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Administrative Leadership and a member of International Toastmasters of America. He's married to Sophia L. Manning and they have together 4 sons and 1 daughter named Dominic Farrar, DaMarcus Farrar, Jaelen E. Manning, Jasper E. Manning II and Van Quetta Farrar. He is the founder and owner of Tri-County Officials Association T.C.O.A. He is an Educator and a Sports Referee in basketball, football, softball, soccer, volleyball, a husband and a dad. This is his second book in a series designed to support and provide resources for the men of America. You should always leave things better than you found them.
