In recent years, there are signs that the apartment began to be taken seriously as a stage for contemporary theater and performance, providing a powerful customized space, radically different from the traditional scene. From works adapted to fit inside the living space or short-term experimental projects, domestic space began generating its own artistic products. Prospects show that in the coming years, the apartment is about to exceed the site-specific stage and become a self-contained theatrical space in which all the conventions of theater are created: venue and time of the show, public-audience relationship, dramatic content.
