Standard Nutritional Data (SND) and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) if managed individually as two diametrically opposed systems would be an obstacle to predictive and preventive medicine. Implementing diet's plans has better be a custom and continuous process rather than rhythmic daily replications of mere prescriptions by dietitians. This book presents an integration framework that consists in analyzing from scratch EHRs and SND and follow regular Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The integrated system allows mobile registered users to access it by scanning and sending food information through telecommunication network. A report produced and displayed on screen details allowed amount of that category of food, at that particular moment in accordance to personal EHRs. The integrated system would be employed by individuals at homes or for collective benefits at bars and restaurants. A lot more should be done to integrate this system and the payment transactions in order to optimize personal data sharing and treatment of voluminous transactions in a relatively shorter time.
