Autor

Jean Saxby, Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education, is an award-winning author and co-author of two Amazon #1 Best Sellers. She is a teacher and a wellness blogger. Her teaching career spans over 30 years and she taught a drug education program spanning nine years. Jean also has a creative side, as an illustrator of three internationally published cookbooks. She has been a reviewer of resources for the educational publication SCAN CLIC, Australia, and is a literary judge.Her passion is to help people who are struggling with anxiety, wellness and addictions. Her 'Live a Better Life' website towardsrecovery.com.au has free subscription and provides blog posts and resources, with a choice of secular or faith-based support. The content covers issues such as dietary problems, alcohol, sex and technology addiction, and emotional problems. She shows how neuroscience can improve mindsets and habits. There are also strategies for self-care and support of family members.Her inspirational split time novel, 'The Craving', won the unpublished YA category of the 2020 CALEB Awards. The book includes themes of addiction, brokenness and transformation.
