Jeffrey Friedland is also CEO of INTIVA Inc., a multi-faceted life sciences company focused on building operating businesses in the global cannabis industry. INTIVA has established operating businesses and made investments in the cannabis industry in the United States, Canada and Israel. Mr. Friedland has been the CEO of a Nasdaq-listed company, a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, and the chairman of the supervisory board of a company listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
