David Chapman is Associate Professor in City and Regional Planning at the University of Stavanger, Norway and Senior Lecturer in Architecture at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. He is an architect and town planner. Kristina L. Nilsson is Professor Emerita of Architecture at Luleå University of Technology, is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and is Swedish representative in the Nordic Planning Research Network PLANNORD. Jennie Sjöholm is Senior Lecturer in Conservation at University of Gothenburg and Senior Lecturer in History at Luleå University of Technology.
