Autorenporträt
Jennifer Spector is a poet and writer from New York City, based in Panama. Engagement with the natural world and projects in Central and South America have energised work that explores lines of passage through landscape, text, material and plaited artistic processes to build and disassemble narratives. Her poetry and essays have appeared in journals and chapbooks including Shearsman, Reliquiae, Alterity, La Vague, Molly Bloom, Litmus, Nature & Sentience - Contemporary Poetry Series, Book of Hours: An Artist's Book for the Anthropocene by Rebecca Clark, Suelo from Estudio Nuboso, and Performance Studies International's Fluid States conference 'Ship's Log', for which she was a Panama correspondent. 'Hithe', her debut collection of poetry, is published by Xylem Books, an imprint of Corbel Stone Press.
