Jeremy Gary is a resident of Los Angeles County but was born in the southern United States. He's the last of seven from his mom Catherine Gary. As the baby of the family having both three brothers and three sisters all older than him, made him bossy at a young age due to his mother making his siblings answer his every whim. He moved to California in his adult life, after being somewhat of a nomad. He started working one w2 job then picked up a second w2 job to make ends meet. Shortly after picking up the second job, he started investing the extra income. After a short venture investing in stocks, he quickly found out that his limited income, time and knowledge in the field was not enough to be playing such a strategic game. So he sought out more direct ways to invest. His search ended him up learning a lot about credit cards and business credit. He started cleaning up his credit himself as a self-taught credit repairer. After bringing his score up from the 500's to a score of 830 he started looking for ways to leverage his newly learned credit strategies. He started mentoring others at a cost, in the same strategy that he used. Shortly after, he began to hold mentor-ship groups and life coach sessions for an additional income, while still working both w2 jobs. To make extra money to invest he started doing side gigs. As an Advit traveler whose traveled to over 13 countries and visited over 185 cities per his google timeline, him being a travel advisor and planner as an extra side gig came with ease. His extensive luxurious travels including destinations like Frech Polynesia, Bora Bora, London, Paris, United Arab Emirates & Greece just to name a few. Those experiences gave him vast knowledge in guiding others who wanted to do travel, mainly luxury travel similar to his style. He became a marriage officiant (something like a Justice Of The Peace) due to him already being a spiritual person it came as second nature. So he started marrying couples, doing vow renewals and hosting weddings and similar events for hire. Him doing all those things while still being committed and working both w2 jobs consistently and mentoring on the side. Doing mentorship for an extended period of time brought him to get certified as a Consulting Hypnotist with studies in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. He became certified due to him finding out that he would need an extra set of skills to be able to fully mentor some people exactly where they we're even mentally and emotionally. He started a program called "The Heart of The Mind Institue" for those that needed extra emotional and mental assistance. He has been publicized on websites as well as a member of a guild (National Guild Of Hypnotist "NGH") as well as an alternative medicine organization (The complementary Medical Association "CMA"). After doing that for a while he started investing in real estate. He focuses more on buying and renting houses out to single families. Due to his hands on nature of buying property and managing them himself it has allowed him enough experience to operate and run his own property management and financial entity by which he manages properties and make investments through.
