Autorenporträt
Dr. Wilson Angley received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Jerry L. Cross received his Ph.D. from the State University of New York, Binghampton. Both Dr. Angley and Dr. Cross retired as research historians in the Research Branch of the North Carolina Office of Archives and History. Michael Hill received his M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently the administrator of the Research Branch of the North Carolina Office of Archives and History.
