Jessie Dean Turner Hoskins was born in Hughes, Arkansas. She currently lives in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a retired registered nurse. Jessie loves to write and teach Bible truth to people. Jessie Hoskins graduated from Mildred Jackson High School in Hughes, Arkansas. She attended AM&N College in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. There she took a course in drama. She also attended Nassau Community College in Garden City, Long Island, NY. Jessie always was a very creative person. She always had an imagination. She would create a story out of nothing. Jessie has written over six short imaginary stories in the last year. Skippy is her first book. Some of her other works soon to be published are Mr. Otis and Mrs. Beasley, Willie the Lazy Mule, Mr. Michael's Turkey Farm, Oliver the Vegetarian, and The Get Gown Nursing Home.
