JESSIKA MICHELLE TATE is the daughter of Buddy and Darlene Tate. She was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, class of 2000. In 2004, she received a bachelor's degree in business management at the University of Oklahoma. She later received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. In 2009, she started the Tate Law Firm, where she specializes in custody, divorce, guardianship, and personal injury. Jessika has a passion for helping members of her community, especially those who are often underrepresented at the courthouse, gain the legal and personal knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of the legal system successfully. Also, in 2021, a career milestone occurred when she received an appointment as an Associate Municipal Judge, where she has presided over the needs of the citizens of the City of Tulsa in her courtroom ever since. In addition to her distinguished career in law, Jessika also attends and serves in ministry at Kingdom Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Although Jessika has come through many trials and tribulations, today, she is walking in victory and is using her life story as a living testimony that there is life after divorce.
