By understanding the effects as well the relationship of on-street parking to the moving vehicles and integrating it into an equation model, the model can measure the impact of on-street parking on moving traffic and provide a better means of estimation of the road level of service and capacity as well as an improved means of transportation. Analytical survey method and experimental method are the methods used in this study by videotaping the traffic flow of the street and analyzing the effects of on-street parking to moving traffic.

Born on the 5th of February, 1991 in Makati City, Philippines. He studied and finished his dissertation at De La Salle University - Manila and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Transportation Engineering.
