The Sentinels have been watching Earth for a century. The Sentinels are here to suppress Earth's technological advancements and an emerging human neurodivergence that would violate galactic laws. Ostracized by a human society poisoned by the Sentinels' propaganda, physicist Scott Anderson breaks the Sentinels' rules. In 2055, Scott captures primordial black holes, which are the size of protons but have the mass of mountains and a million megatons of potential energy. These tiny black holes could power human interstellar travel and planet-killing weaponry-the same physics advancement the Sentinels prohibit. Scott is torn between scientific ambitions and protecting his nine-year-old autistic brother, Robby, who carries a rare genetic trait outlawed by the Sentinels. The Sentinels are here to subjugate the human race and destroy the defiant. Scott dares to combat the aliens using the power of primordial black holes.

JH Gruger writes Hard Science Fiction built upon existing science research and theory. His science provides circumstances of tension and high stakes, but above all, the characters drive the story. You won't find warp drives, jump gates, or dragons in his books. Gravity of Sol-3 is JH Gruger's debut science fiction novel. He has degrees in engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and Southern Methodist University, has decades of experience in computer architecture and design, and managed international engineering teams in North America, Asia, and Europe. After raising a family in Austin and Dallas, he left behind his career in computer engineering to devote himself to writing science fiction. JH Gruger roams with his wife and family between Dallas and Santa Fe, writing stories while accompanied by three telepathic Italian Greyhound therapists.
