Guo Yinglou is Inspector of the Information Center of the Central Party School (with the title equivalent to Bureau Officer, who has been engaged in information management and research for many years, with publications including Information Technology and its Application, National Governance in the Internet Age, and others. Jin Jiangjun is an associate researcher of the Ministry of Political Science, Law, Education, and Research at the Central Party School.
