Dr.Jianhai Bi received his Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations History from Lanzhou University,China in 1982,his MA in History from China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing in 1983 and his PhD in Political Science from the University of Canterbury,New Zealand in 2002.He is now a researcher in the National University of Singapore.
