Autorenporträt
Prof. Yanliang Du is currently an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is a professor at Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, and director of the Key Laboratory of Structural Health Monitoring and Control in Hebei Province, China. His research mainly focuses on large-scale engineering structure (equipment) security technology, health monitoring and reliability evaluation for large-scale engineering structures, intelligent materials and structures, TBM construction technology and fault diagnosis. In the past decades, he has published more than 160 academic papers, and holds 12 patents. He has won numerous awards including the First Prize (once) and the Second Prize (twice) of the National Science and Technology Progress Awards, the First Prize of Ministerial and Provincial-Level Science and Technology Awards (six times), the First Prize (once) and the Second Prize (twice) of National Teaching Achievement Awards, and the Science and Technology Award of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation (once).

Prof. Baochen Sun is a professor at Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, and vice director of the Key Laboratory of Structural Health Monitoring and Control in Hebei Province, China. His research topics cover intelligent materials, modern sensor testing technologies, health diagnosis and control for large structures, etc. He has published more than 70 academic papers, and holds 5 patents. He has won the second class prize of The State Scientific and Technological Progress Award of China once, and Provincial and Ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Award of China five times.

Prof. Jianzhi Li is a professor at Key laboratory of Structural Health Monitoring and Control, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, Hebei Province, China. She focuses on intelligent materials and structure, optical fiber sensing technologies, and health monitoring and control for large structures, etc. She has been involved in eight scientific research projects, published more than 50 academic papers, and holds 4 patents. She has won the First Prize of Hebei Provincial Technical Invention Prize of China once.

Prof. Wentao Zhang is a professor at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also a guest professor at the Institute of Geophysics, China Earthquake Administration of China. His research focuses on fiber optic sensors, fiber lasers, special fiber components and their applications in the fields of oil exploration, seismology, and marine and structural health monitoring. He has published more than 140 academic papers and holds 68 patents. He has won the Provincial and Ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Award of China three times. He is a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a member of Beijing Nova of Science and Technology.
