Autorenporträt
Sara Hollwey's journey began with her training as a clinical psychologist, and later as a Steiner teacher and Anthroposophical therapist. She spent fifteen years working in an Anthroposophical hospital in the UK, where she was part of a medical team, extending mainstream Western medicine through complementary, spiritual principles. This holistic approach to health and well-being has continued to influence her through her training and work in psychology. Sara is a registered clinical psychologist, integrative psychotherapist and a process oriented psychologist. She currently works in the School of Psychology at University College Dublin and has a private psychotherapy and supervision practice.
