He has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts throughout his career and eventually started his own successfullighting company in the Midwest. Jim has a master's degree in organizational psychology, focusing on enhancing workplace issues at the individual and organizational levels. Jim is married and has two beautiful daughters and a precocious German shepherd named Gretchen.
