Dr. Jim Baugh is committed to the Lord Jesus in all areas of his life, alongside his wife, Teri. He has been a lead pastor of two churches and is now in full-time missions with Global Training Network. He is also involved in a digital evangelism and discipleship ministry in Southeast Asia. He is a graduate of Arizona Christian University (BA), Western Seminary (MDiv), and Phoenix Seminary (DMin). Jim is passionate about reproducing disciples of the Lord Jesus, using his teaching and music ministry to equip and encourage leaders for Christ. Since 2008, Jim has been privileged to train thousands of pastors, church planters, and Christian leaders to make disciples in eighteen countries. Jim is a loving husband, father, and "Papa Jim" to his grandchildren.
