"Divine empowerment" is addressed in this book and provides the foundation for a four phased integrated empowerment model that includes the social, structural, psychological, and divine aspects of empowerment.

Dr. Jimmy Bayes holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. In addition to his academic achievements, he has over twenty-five years experience working in all levels of leadership in corporations, nonprofit organizations, and churches. Helping people has always been a focus of Dr. Bayes' work. He is active in leader coaching and organizational consulting, writing, and operates a nonprofit organization. Dr. Bayes lives in Bryan, TX with his family.
