Jimmy and Ella Fairchild, who were both born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana now make their home in Watson, Louisiana. They have been married for almost 29 years. Both are involved in ministry and are lovers of God, family, and country. Jimmy worked as a Probation/Pretrial Officer until retirement, and Ella served in the field of education for 33 years also unto retirement. Both feel they have gone from being retired to being re-fired looking forward to what God has for them now. Jimmy serves as a marketplace minister, whereas Ella serves as the clinical director and counsels at A Door of Hope Ministries in Satsuma, Louisiana. - a ministry for women who have been abused or suffer addictions. Jimmy also serves on the board at A Door of Hope. Both enjoy music and have been known to play music at nursing homes and where asked.
