Autorenporträt
Dr. Herb Green, Jr. was born in New Orleans. He was educated in the New Orleans Public Schools and is an honorary BRAR member from the Big Easy. He was the fi rst African American to earn an M.P.A. from University of New Orleans fna LSUNO. He earned his D.P.A. from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He taught, conducted research, and served as academic advisor in university for nearly 25 years. His university experience included George Washington University, Central Michigan University (Pentagon), Bluefi eld College, Stratford University, and Strayer University. He is a born-again follower of Jesus Christ and has been actively involved in ministry at the following congregations: Brooks Methodist (NO), Evangel Assembly Pentecostal (MD), Salem Fields Community (VA), Spotswood Baptist (VA), and currently St. George's Episcopal (VA). Dr. Green is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha National Fraternity and Epsilon Delta Management Honor Society. He successfully completed the Critical Th inking Concepts and Principles Test.
