om Alexander, Jr. is a mentor, educator, and minister, whose passion and life's work has been to leave a positive legacy in the community, church, and public schools. He completed his doctorate work at Virginia Theological Seminary and George Washington University.Dr. Alexander is a husband, father, and son who has experienced many peaks and valleys in his fifty-plus years of living as a Black man in America. He and his wife Alaisha have three sons, Jarius, Xavier, and Caleb. Dr. Alexander's passion for sharing his journey to contentment comes from watching so many other Black men struggle to find joy and peace in their own lives.
