Autorenporträt
Juanita Griffin is an Aussie who spent 20 years living with a hairy Irishman in his native country, raising their three kids and finding her passion for clean living. It must have been the country air! She qualified as a nutrition and lifestyle coach, and then it rolled from there into becoming vegan and embracing a planet-friendly lifestyle. As she experimented with creating dishes that helped her family eat well without missing out, her company Little Spoons of Happiness was born, and with that a plant-based bakery, workshops and online education. Now back in Australia, Juanita is sharing her recipes in a book of plant-based deliciousness and continues to thrive and inspire through her website www.littlespoonsofhappiness.com
