After more than 40 years working in academic and corporate libraries, Judy Leavitt began focusing on her life-long passion for tea. A member of the Specialty Tea Institute for many years, Judy has achieved the designation of Certified Tea Specialist, and has received a certificate as Apprentice Tea Sommelier from renowned tea expert James Norwood Pratt. In her study of tea, Judy has collected more than 300 books on the subject of tea. She formed her company, TalkingTea LLC, to share her love of tea and the tea lifestyle with anyone wanting to become a lifelong fan of tea.
