Judy Giguere, lifetime resident of the Terryville section of Plymouth, is the Plymouth town historian and a writer and artist. She has worked with various businesses, individuals, churches, and organizations, including the American Clock and Watch Museum and the Plymouth Historical Society, to create this history of Plymouth.
