The OAU was succeeded in overrunning colonial powers; although Africa has yet languished in civil war, destructive intra and interstate conflicts. Dictator leaders and institution should revisit the situation of the world and clear their illness heart honestly to tackle the challenges of peace and development in Africa and offers a new vision of Africa not only united but free, peaceful, democratic and prosperous.
