Autorenporträt
Professor at the Center for Treatment and Research on Anxiety at the University of Monterrey, and director of the Mexican Center for Emotional and Social Intelligence. She studied her Ph.D. at The University of Texas at Austin under a Fulbright scholarship. Her work focuses on resilience and the prevention of anxiety and depression.
