Heal Your Heart: An Anthology That Gives Voice to the Unspoken Pain of Estranged Parents Are you an estranged parent struggling with the unspoken agony of losing your adult child-and possibly your grandchildren-through undeserved estrangement? Voices of Estrangement is the guide you didn't know you needed, but absolutely do. Comprising soul-stirring personal accounts from parents just like you, this anthology serves as both a balm and a rallying cry. Our stories are your stories. Journey through our diverse experiences of love, loss, and longing, and discover that you are not alone in your grief. Understand the nuanced difference between "Undeserved Estrangement" and "Deserved Estrangement." Voices of Estrangement removes the labels and unpacks the complexities. This is not a book that treads in blame; it's a haven for parents to share, learn, and grow. For estranged parents, there is no book empowering estranged parents to speak up -until now. With practical insights and emotional resonance, this anthology aims to diminish the shame, stigma, and embarrassment you might be feeling. Voices of Estrangement tells it like it is, with the emotional honesty that only fellow parents can offer. Find strength and solace in shared experiences. Let these heartfelt stories guide you toward a renewed sense of community. Your voice matters. Your pain is real. And this book is your guide to empowerment.
