Autorenporträt
Dr Julie Haddock-Millar is a Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco and Associate Professor (Practice) of Human Resource Management and Senior Teaching Fellow at Middlesex University Business School. She is the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) UK Executive Board joint Director for Professional Development and leads on the International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programmes (ISMCP) for EMCC International. She is an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor and EMCC accredited International Programme Manager (IPMA) Master Practitioner. Eliot Tom is a Coaching Psychologist (MBPsS), and a member of the Special Group of Psychology within the British Psychology Society. She is a psychology graduate and a qualified, practising Coach. She has a Diploma (with Distinction) in Coaching and Mentoring, accredited by the Association for Coaching. Eliot is a Management Consultant at Accenture in their Innovation Centre working with c-suites to plan their innovative company strategies.
