This book sought to understand the determinants of implementation of e-procurement in Higher Learning Institutions and in particular at a case of Rongo University College. The study had five objectives namely: to determine the effect of training on implementation of e-procurement in Rongo University College, to determine the effect of supplier adoption on implementation of e-procurement in Rongo University College, to determine the effect of system integration on implementation of e-procurement in Rongo University College, to establish the effect of security of e-procurement on its implementation in Rongo University College and to establish the effect of top management support on implementation of e-procurement in Rongo University College. The researched adopted two theories that are Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovations as the driving theories for the adoption of new technology by organizations. The study equally recommended that the Top Management should remain committed towards the implementation process of the e-procurement in the university college.
