In this juncture the book addresses this by presenting the findings of a Study on Work Life Balance among Working Women in IT sector in Coimbatore City of Tamil Nadu, India.As such this study seeks to examine the Socio Economic Challenges of Women employees and to ascertain their perception and opinions of Work-Life Balance in their Working Environment.
