This research is conducted to analysis Road Traffic Accidents using data mining techniques. Road Traffic Accidents are major impact for the development of the societies around the world. Data mining algorithms can be used for analysis accident dataset to predict rules which can help to reduce road traffic accidents. The main objective of this research is to find more accurate and useful patterns of the accidents. This research study conducts the descriptive statistic approach to analysis the dataset to understand the dataset's attributes and then use J48 decision tree classifier as data mining approach to construct tree structure of model to analysis the accident dataset. To obtain expected useful results, feature selection and finding solution for the class imbalance problem conduct as additional procedures in this research work.
