Originally from Southern California, Kalyn Dhroso moved to Mid-Missouri in 2000, where she has resided since then. Creating many fictitious stories about celebrities while growing up, Kalyn has always enjoyed writing. Her creative writing slowed during her high school years, where she focused on schoolwork and sports. Her interest in writing peaked again while she was a graduate student in physical therapy school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. While going for a jog on a local trail, Kalyn imagined a girl doing the same - and eventually meeting a stranger that would change her life forever. Thus, Stages was born. She finished and manipulated the novel several (x 1,000) times throughout her education. Due to the pursuit of becoming a physician assistant and the extra schooling that required, Kalyn put the novel on the back burner. After graduating with her second Masters degree, she finally decided to pursue publishing. Kalyn resides in Columbia, Missouri with her husband and two dogs. She continues to work on her next fictional projects.
