Likewise, the KGB officer Anton Molotov and Musa Odowaa, the principal of Bilal's school are furious about the teacher's unsocialistic attitude. It is about the orientation centers, the long queues of foodrations, of the scientific socialism, of the Arabisation and a lot more.The story takes a sharp turn when Keerouw is caught red-handed with empty milk bottles in his sleeping quarters in an auto garage and, accused of sabotaging the milk factory. Molotov takes advantage of the situation and offers him a chance to impersonate the President and save himself. Keerouw finds himself in such a scary situation, takes the rope and the risk. Meanwhile, Bilaal, who is released from the teaching service, is appointed by Odowaa's local contracting company to write down the translation of the Somali into Arabic, is arrested for misspelling the foreign tongue in the city's sign-boards.
