Dr Okure Obot has Ph.D in Computer Science specializing in soft computing and knowledge Engineering. His research interest includes computer & information security and medical informatics. He is a senior lecturer in the department of Computer Science of the University of Uyo, Nigeria. He has published in many reputable international journals.
