Born in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, in 1985, Olga Cernelev studied at the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy ¿Nicolae Testemi¿anü. Later, she became a medical doctor at the Department of NCDs, coordinator of the national programs related to unhealthy diet, lecturer, researcher and President of NGO ¿HEALTHY PRINCIPLES".
