Oliver Chimezie Igwe Ph.D., Lecturer at Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria, holds a BA (1st class honours) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MA from the University of Durham, UK and PhD from the University of Birmingham, UK. Oliver is a priest of the Anglican Church with a wide range of pastoral experiences both in Nigeria and in the UK.
