Dr. Mladjen Ćurić is a Professor in the Department of Meteorology at Belgrade University. His professional and scientific interest is the fundamental topics in meteorology, Dynamics of atmosphere, Cloud Physics, Applied Meteorology and Hydrology, Weather modification and Environment protection.

Dr. Vlado Spiridonov is Professor of Meteorology at Ss Cyril & Methodius University of Skopje, Macedonia. His research interests include mesoscale atmospheric processes, cloud resolving models, severe weather forecast and warning, air quality modeling, weather modification and biometeorology.

Dr. Oliver Zafirovski is a paediatric specialist at the Public Health Institution - "Institute for Lung Diseases in Children", Skopje, Macedonia
