This story is about the life of a young girl, whom was forced to grow up too soon. Her childhood was taken away and replaced with motherhood (although she had no children of her own), household chores, being a personal shopper, a chef and psychic catered with physical abuse, harsh language and negative words on a daily basis. For a long time she felt that she inadvertently got her Master's in (How to take care of everybody except herself) and PH.D. in (How to pretend like you don't mind, but I do mind).

Autorenporträt
On October 28, 1962, the author was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She began journaling in the early 1990's about her childhood and the abuse that plagued her life. Little did she know, her story would provide the answers to begin her healing. She continued to write until one day 115 pages were sitting before her. These pages were developed to heal her broken heart. These words were given to her by God. God spoke to her and stated, "Your words will become published and will heal many. This will be the first of several books to provide a healing balm for yourself and other's healing." Blind, But Now I See, is a testimony of how God has kept her out of harms way continuously over the years and has taught her how to forgive all. The childhood abuse often kept her wondering, "Why me Lord?" She heard a pastor say once, "Why not you?" She came to the realization that the Lord allowed her to survive the abuse in order to help someone else going through a similar situation. This book will help begin the healing process for anyone that has suffered at the hands of abuse.
