Oscar Filio Rodriguez received the B.Sc Degree (2005) from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), his M.Sc. Degree (2008) in Electrical, Computer Engineering at the Research and Advanced Studies Centre of the IPN in Mexico City, Mexico and his Ph.D. (2013) at The University of Western Ontario in London, ON, Canada.
