Hence this researcher undertook this study to develop valid ICT capacity Building strategies for the tertiary teachers. Rigorous research procedures were taken to develop and validate 59 ICT capacity Building strategies suitable for tertiary teachers. The ICT CB Strategies are categorised into four: ICT CB Training strategies, ICT CB Motivational strategies, ICT CB Collaborative strategies and ICT CB support strategies. Details of the research process and procedures employed in this study are discussed in this book.
