Autorenporträt
Vasanthan Raghavan is a Principal Engineer at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., working on 5G-NR aspects related to beamforming, antenna module design and system design tradeoffs. He has a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006. He has been at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., since 2013. Junyi Li is a Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. He was a co-founder of Flarion Technologies, a startup acquired by Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, he was with Bell-Labs Research in Lucent Technologies. He is a Fellow of the IEEE. Ozge H. Koymen is a Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., where he has been since 2006. He has led the 5G/6G millimeter wave program within Qualcomm R&D since early 2015, from early conceptual evaluation to commercial deployment. He received the B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996 and the M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1997 and 2003, respectively. Ashwin Sampath is a Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., leading millimeter wave deployment-planning related research topics. He has over 25 years of industry experience in wireless technology research, standardization, and product development. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. Tao Luo is a Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., where he works on 5G advanced/6G system design and analysis, standardization, and prototyping. He has been with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., since 2004. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Toronto in 2001.
