ABOUT THE AUTHORS L. BARNETT EVANS is a novelist, playwright, and award-winning storyteller. She has given spoken-word performances at schools, churches, art festivals and various other venues across the country. She has written several plays: Is God Calling My Name?, North Star, and The Body of Christ. She has also written for newspapers and magazines. Her novel, And All the People Said...is a suspense thriller. Her comedy fiction, Grandmothers, Incorporated was her first collaborative effort and was co-written with C. V. Rhodes. Barnett Evans also collaborated with Rhodes on the play, Grandmothers, Incorporated which enjoyed a successful Off-Broadway run. Barnett Evans holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
