Leadership styles and motivational factors are discovered to be two of the most important variables investigated since they are the basic principles in all aspects of management, leadership, and administration of an organization. As such, several researches have been conducted globally pertaining leadership styles towards job performance and motivational factors towards job performance. The current study mainly aimed to explore the relationship of principals' leadership styles, motivational factors and job performance amongst primary school teachers in Male' city, Maldives. Thus, the current study was guided by five research objectives and seven research questions. We hope the book serves the purpose to the young scholars and researchers working in this area.
